Capsicums are available in red, green and yellow and can be blended with other vegetables if requested.
They are washed, the core removed, trimmed and either halved, sliced, diced or pureed, then cooked in a special blend of herbs, spices and natural juices.
They can be roasted, or chargrilled to naturally enhance the flavour and colour of the product.
Twelve month shelf life stored chilled.
Available in 500gram to 10kg pouches.
